§ 44-25. Liability insurance.

(a)

The city manager may set by administrative policy the minimum liability insurance requirements for operation of a passenger vehicle for hire.

(b)

The city may not issue a license until the applicant furnishes at least one insurance policy, prepaid for the period of the certificate, and issued by a responsible insurance company within the limits established by administrative policy under this section.
