§ 40-185. Application procedure.
Application for a bicycle license and license sticker shall be made upon a form provided by the city and shall be made to the chief of police. A fee as currently established or as hereafter adopted by ordinance from time to time shall be paid to the city police department as a condition of the license being granted. All license fees collected shall be paid into the general fund of the city. The application for registration hereunder shall be on a form furnished by the chief of police. Said application shall be in duplicate and shall constitute a certificate of title, one copy of which shall be given to and retained by the applicant, and the other of which shall be placed on file with the police chief.
