§ 40-184. License required.

(a)

No person shall ride or operate a bicycle upon any of the public streets, sidewalks, avenues, lanes, alleys, parks, bridges, or public places within the city unless such bicycle is licensed.

(b)

A person who violates this section is responsible for a civil infraction.
