§ 32-34. Littering.

(a)

Placed in authorized receptacles or landfill. No person shall throw, or deposit litter in or upon any public or private road, street, alley, park, sidewalk or other place within the city, except in authorized private receptacles for collection, or public receptacles or in the official landfill.

(b)

By persons in vehicles. No person, while driving, or a passenger in a vehicle, shall throw or deposit litter upon any street, alley, park or other place within the city.

(c)

Vehicle loads causing litter. No person shall drive, move, or permit to be driven, any truck or other vehicle carrying solid waste within the city, unless such vehicle is constructed, loaded or covered as to prevent any load contents or litter from spilling or being deposited on any street, alley or other place.
