§ 12-172. Meetings to be open to public; right to be heard.

(a)

All meetings of the commission shall be open to the public and operate in compliance with the open meetings act, Public Act No. 267 of 1976 (MCL 15.261 et seq.). Public notice of the time, date and place of the meetings, along with the agenda and list of permit applications, shall be given in the manner required by the open meetings act.

(b)

All meetings of the commission shall be held at the call of the chair and at such time and frequency as the commission determines, provided the commission meets quarterly.
