§ 12-171. Rules of procedure.

The commission shall adopt its own rules of procedure and shall adopt design review standards and guidelines for resource treatment to carry out its duties under Public Act No. 169 of 1970 (MCL 399.201 et seq.), which shall be approved by the city council.
