§ 3.8. Compensation for Mayor, Council Members and Appointed Officials.

(a)

The compensation of the Mayor and Council members shall be determined by ordinance as authorized and limited by law.

(b)

The Mayor and Council members may upon order of the Council, be reimbursed such necessary expenses as incurred in service in behalf of the city as are authorized and itemized.

(c)

Compensation of appointed officials shall be within the discretion of the Council.
