§ 10.7. Independent Audit: Annual Report.

An independent audit shall be made of all accounts including special and trust funds of the city government at least annually. Such audit shall be made as soon after the close of the fiscal year as possible by certified public accountants selected by the City Council.

The City Manager shall have annual reports prepared of the affairs of the city and copies of such audit and annual reports shall be made available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk.
