§ 8-121. Adoption of 2015 International Property Maintenance Code.

Latest version.

The city hereby adopts by reference the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code issued by International Code Council, Inc., except those sections herein deleted or amended.

Editor's note

Ord. No. 2018-05, § 1, adopted April 2, 2018, amended § 8-121 and in so doing changed the title of said section from "Adoption of 2012 International Property Maintenance Code" to "Adoption of 2015 International Property Maintenance Code," as set out herein.
