§ 4-28. Revocation and nonrenewal of liquor licenses.

(a)

The city council or its agent, from time to time, may review the activities of all licensed liquor establishments in the city.

(b)

The city council, upon finding that any violation of law or ordinance, or violation of the rules and regulations of the liquor control commission may recommend sanctions as provided by law up to and including nonrenewal or revocation of said liquor licenses.
