§ 4-4. Enforcement and penalties.

(a)

Any person under the age of 17 years who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon apprehension, be taken to the juvenile division of the probate court and dealt with in such manner as prescribed by the laws of this state.

(b)

Any person 17 years of age or older who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as prescribed in section 1-14.
