§ 4-1. Persons under 21—Possession.

  • (a)

    No person under the age of 21 years shall purchase, knowingly possess, consume, attempt to consume, transport, or have under his control in any motor vehicle any alcoholic liquor unless said person is employed by a licensee and is possessing, transporting or having such alcoholic liquor in a motor vehicle under his control during regular working hours and in the course of his employment.

    (b)

    No person under the age of 21 years shall purchase, knowingly possess, consume, attempt to consume, or have under his control any alcoholic liquor.
