§ 46-186. Special land uses permitted.

Latest version.

The following uses of land and structures will be allowed as stipulated in article VI of this chapter, special land uses:
(1)

Recreational activities.

(2)

Offices and/or business in an existing building.

(3)

Office and/or business in a dwelling (mixed use).

(4)

Family shelter.

(5)

Group shelter.

(6)

Combination group/family shelter.
