§ 40-197. Riding or skating on public parking lot.

(a)

No person shall ride or operate a bicycle or ride or use a skateboard, scooter, roller blades, roller skates, or other riding or skating devices, but not devices used by and for the aid of disabled persons, upon the public parking lot adjacent to and east of the First Congregational United Church of Christ located at 200 East Harris Street in the city.

(b)

A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
