§ 40-150. Adoption of state laws by reference.

Latest version.

The following state laws are hereby incorporated and adopted by reference:
(1)

Subchapter 6 of part 811 of the natural resources and environmental protection act, Public Act No. 451 of 1994 (MCL 324.81101 et seq.), pertaining to offroad vehicles; and

(2)

Part 821 of the natural resources and environmental protection act, Public Act No. 451 of 1994 (MCL 324.82101 et seq.).
