§ 40-86. Overnight parking permit required.

Municipal parking lots where overnight parking is permitted will have signage to that effect, also indicating that an overnight parking permit is required for all overnight parking between the dates of November 15 and April 15. Employees of downtown businesses who work during the hours of 2:20 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. will be provided a complimentary parking permit. Permits will be available subject to the fee as currently established or as hereafter adopted by ordinance from time to time.
