§ 40-22. Purpose.

The purpose of this article is to regulate the operation of motor vehicles, snowmobiles and offroad vehicles, and to provide for the regulation and use of streets, highways, alleys and other public and semipublic places within the city, and to provide penalties for the violation of this article.
