§ 38-127. Savings clause.

Pursuant to section 13(5) of the act (MCL 484.3113(5)), if section 8 of the act (MCL 484.3108) is found to be invalid or unconstitutional, the modification of fees under section 38-126 shall be void from the date the modification was made.
