§ 36-71. Specifications.

(a)

Sidewalks shall be constructed in accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the city engineer, copies of which shall be available to the public.

(b)

Any repairs or replacements of sidewalks in the central business district shall be made pursuant to plans and specifications approved by the downtown development authority.
