§ 32-27. Collection schedule.

The city manager or his or her designee shall arrange a schedule for the frequency of collection of solid waste and recyclable material and shall give public notice of said schedule with all changes and corrections which may from time to time be made therein. The city manager or his or her designee shall provide the necessary labor and equipment for such collection in accordance with the schedule insofar as is practicable.
