§ 30-60. Conflict.

This article shall be construed in such a manner so as not to be in conflict with Public Act No. 95 of 1981 (MCL 445.481 et seq.). The absence of any provision of such act from this article shall not be considered as evidencing an intent that such provision shall not have full force and effect.
