§ 30-23. License to designate location of business.

Latest version.

Each license issued under this chapter, except a junk gatherer's license, shall designate the particular place in the city where such business may be conducted and it shall be unlawful for any licensee to engage in such business at any place other than that designated in such license. No person, except the licensee, directly or indirectly shall do business or be permitted to do business under said license.
