§ 2-292. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

City purchasing agent or purchasing agent means the purchasing agent of the City of Cadillac.

Contractual services means and includes the rental, repair or maintenance of equipment, machinery, roads and other city owned property providing for operations and/or services.

Local vendor means a vendor or business with an established place of business within the city.

Public improvement means any enhancement to property or equipment belonging to the city.

Supplies means and include all supplies, materials and equipment.
