§ 2-163. Powers and duties.

The city housing commission shall have all the powers and duties vested or permitted to be vested in housing commissions by said Public Act No. 18 of the extra session of 1933 (MCL 125.651 et seq.), it being intended to vest in the city housing commission all powers and duties permitted by law.
