§ 26-8. Alcoholic liquors.

  • (a)

    No person shall knowingly possess any alcoholic liquor in or on any park, beach, playground, parkways, recreation areas or any other place open to the public, except Kenwood Park on the north side of North Boulevard, except as approved by the city council.

    (b)

    This section is punishable as a municipal civil infraction.
