§ 26-11. Docking of boats.

(a)

No boat shall be docked between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. at any city dock.

(b)

The registered owner of a boat shall be liable for a violation of subsection (a) of this section.

(c)

This section is punishable as a municipal civil infraction.
