The regulations of this chapter are adopted pursuant to the authority of Public Act No. 285 of 1931 (MCL 125.31 et seq.), Public Act No. 222 of 1943 (MCL 125.51 et seq.) and Public Act No. 288 of 1967 (MCL 560.101 et seq.).
