§ 18-26. Violations.

Latest version.

Any violation of Sections 901 "General" and 1030 "Maintenance of the Means of Egress" of the 2015 International Fire Code shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. All other violations of this article or the 2015 International Fire Code, unless specifically stated, shall be punishable as a municipal civil infraction.
