§ 18-21. Additional definitions.

In addition to the definitions set forth in the 2015 International Fire Code, the following definitions shall apply:

Fire code official means the City of Cadillac's fire chief or his/her designee who shall serve as an at will employee unless there is an applicable collective bargaining agreement, in which case the collective bargaining agreement will control.

Jurisdiction means the City of Cadillac.
